I’m pleased with the wig I bought, I was looking for a daytime shorter length and am loving it. The quality is good, I trimmed the bangs abou t an inch because I have a short forehead and do this with all my wigs.
It was a bit of a wait because it had to travel across the world to arrive. There ended up being a mix up with the delivery, that was of no fault of the owner or myself.
When I reached out to her explaining the message I received from the shipping company that there waa and address issue (their mistake) the shop owner responded right away and agreed to send me another. Fortunately everything worked out and I am so pleased. I can recommend this store with confidence!
