L’articolo è arrivato con circa una settimana di ritardo rispetto alla finestra di consegna prevista.
Purtroppo la parrucca non è conforme alla descrizione e non rispecchia minimamente le aspettative. Perde moltissimi capelli, in quantità decisamente superiore alla norma: restano sulle mani anche senza averla ancora indossata.
Non dà l’idea di essere un prodotto durevole nel tempo e temo che a breve dovrò sostituirla.
Ho segnalato il problema sia al venditore sia all’assistenza, ma la controversia è stata chiusa a favore del venditore prima che potessi inviare le foto. Non ho ricevuto né rimborso né sostituzione.

This wig is beautiful its incredibly soft and I'm excited to get into wearing wigs since I don't want to bleach my hair and my hair has gotten thinner so I wanted some options and I have others to try in my haul!
