Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

✅ Unworn & Unaltered – The wig or hairpiece must be in its original condition, unstyled, unbrushed, and free from any hair products.
✅ Original Packaging – The item must include all original packaging, including the wig net, tags attached, and any free gifts (wig cap, lace tape, etc.).
✅ Hygiene Compliance – Please use a wig cap when trying on the wig (one is provided with your order).
✅ Odor-Free – The item must not be exposed to food smells, hair spray, perfume, or cigarette odors.

How to Start a Return

1️⃣ Submit a Return Request – Fill out the Return Form or email us at info@rockingcolour.co.uk with your order details.
2️⃣ Return the Item – If approved, you will need to ship the item to Us.

📌 Important:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund & Processing

✅ Refunds – Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
✅ Restocking Fee – A £2.00 processing fee applies to all returns.
✅ International Returns – Original postage fees are non-refundable. If customs charges apply due to incorrect declaration, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@rockingcolour.co.uk, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. However, the item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
